I have to admit that I've found a new hobby to do lately which is browsing b2b blog.really admire those girls who have time to keep up with their work n doing their own wedding preparations.how I wish I have the spirit.but being me too lazy to even update my facebook what more to update my wedding preps in this blog.
But Alhamdulillah so far I can consider everything goes smoothly.except the earlier part when I need to book for the hall.I blame my self for putting my self in a very2 comfort zone. At first I dont have problem with the "hall thing" coz I sooo dont want to penning2kan kepala finding a new place. My Angah's wedding was held at Pandan Lake Cub and I was thinking to hold my wedding at the same place.But unfortunately there are few new policy changes has been made by the management commencing from this year. I went to the club to check out about the hall's booking on March this year.I was happily thinking that of course evrything must still be the same.Then..here it goes..
1stly : The rate has been increased. Acceptable.
2ndly : They have their own panel caterer. If you opt for outside caterer you have to pay for extra RM500.00. I think this is still acceptable coz now it has been the latest trend for every dewan to have their panel's caterer.
3rdly : The main reason why i didnt proceed because they no longer provide water pipes/sources for the caterer. Which means your caterer cant wash anything due to no water pipe/sources.in view of this no water pipe policy, of course your caterer have to bring extra plates and glassess. What more if you want to refill the kendi air basuh tangan.So this is why we've decided to find a new place.
The hunting for the new place was soooo horrifying.Previously i never believed that all hall will be fully booked one year in advance.Indeed it is.On March, I did the hall's hunting like crazzyyyy.Do you know that Dewan Makhfuz JKR is fully booked untill next year April?Risda is off from market until next year January?Please bare in mind i did this hall's hunting on March.So you can do the maths.
But Alhamdulillah eventually I found mine.and since ive booked a place now all the burden & worries had gone.Please don't laugh if I tell you that I even bought my wedding cards already..*smack my forehead*..ngeee
So far Hall,OP,Planner,cards and goodies are all done.We even almost want to book for our honeymoon.but then since Matta fair is coming on this September so better wait la kan?(",)
so till then, im going to continue watching Mentor final.See you then dearies....
